Change at the top of the Cagliari Carabinieri Company. The new commander is Captain Simone Anelli , 32 years old, from Milan. He succeeds the newly promoted major Emanuele Macrì , who left the headquarters in via Nuoro after three years for a prestigious position at the central Ros in Rome.
From September 2015 to April 2016, Anelli was platoon commander at the XII Sicily Carabinieri Battalion, in Palermo. From April 2016 to September 2018 he was commander of the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Mazara del Vallo Company. From September 2018 to September 2020 he was commander of the Operational Unit of the Compagnia di Napoli Stella. From September 2020 to September 2023 he was commander of the Carabinieri Company of Bracciano.
