The performance of the Sardinian masks S'Urtzu and Sos Bardianos of Ula Tirso, the traveling concert of the Campidano Choir of Assemini and the tenor Montalbo of Siniscola, the dances of the folk group Sa Scabitzada: yet another success for the White Night of popular traditions, which Saturday evening crowded the streets of the center of Capoterra.

The event organized by the Municipality together with the Pro loco and the Su Connottu association, now in its 9th edition, confirmed the public's appreciation for the events dedicated to the rediscovery of Sardinian traditions.

Full in Piazza Sardegna, where the Pro Loco organized the wild boar festival : the White Night was also an opportunity to admire the interiors of Casa Melis, a jewel set in Corso Gramsci, which last year also became the institutional headquarters of the Municipality.

The mayor, Beniamino Garau, is satisfied: «For years now, this event has allowed us to appreciate the traditions not only of Capoterre, but of many other centers on the island. On these occasions, citizens reclaim the streets of the historic center and rediscover the pleasure of walking along Corso Gramsci just as they did in the past."
