Candles and prayers to deceive a woman from Lecco and make her pay around 700 euros on some prepaid cards, convincing her that thanks to magic she would return with her husband. A scam which, once the investigations launched after the complaint were closed, got a forty-year-old from Cagliari (assisted by the lawyer Pier Andrea Setzu) into trouble , together with two alleged accomplices from Cosenza and Avola. For all three, prosecutor Simona Galluzzo hypothesizes the accusation is fraud.

Through a series of rites, the three would have convinced the woman to buy candles and other material, so as to "magic" the marital crisis that had led her to leave her husband.

The investigations closed, shortly before the August break, now the prosecutor of Lecco will decide after the summer judicial break whether to ask the judge to indict the three suspects who profess to be unrelated to the disputes.
