"Women's work is based on encouraging parenthood . We are trying to act in this direction." This is what the Minister of Labor Marina Calderone said, participating in the last day of the Labour 7 union summit in Cagliari, on the occasion of the G7 Labor and Employment.

The two-day event was attended by the general secretaries of CGIL, CISL, UIL, Maurizio Landini, Luigi Sbarra and Pier Paolo Bombardieri, as well as the leaders of the trade unions of the other G7 countries: Canada, France, Germany, Japan, the United Kingdom and the USA.

"The Italian presidency of the G7 is working to promote balance and inclusion in the world of work, which must be safe," added the minister.
