After the alarm, the divers and the nautical nucleus of the fire brigade intervened on the spot, who rescued the two unfortunates, bringing them back ashore at the customs dock, and then entrusting them to the medical and health staff of 118.
As mentioned, for the 45-year-old, in serious condition, it was necessary to be transported to the hospital, where he arrived in red code. The men of the Coast Guard are also in action.
Investigations are underway to establish the causes of the incident. The two men were probably fishing near the dock when something happened that knocked them overboard.
