Frozen and refrozen tuna, in total disregard of health regulations.

Yesterday in Cagliari the Nas Carabinieri, during an inspection in an oriental restaurant located in the historic center, seized 13 and a half kg of tuna and 3.8 kg of meat.

All foods which, as emerged from the investigations, were continuously re-frozen from thawing without respecting the procedures set out in the HACCP self-control manual.
