The stage for Blanco's concert needs to be set up, in the area of the Town Hall in Cagliari the traffic changes, starting from Monday 26 December and until 2 January 2023.

In detail, according to the order of the manager of the strategic works service, from 6 am on 26 December to 12 pm on 2:

  • parking ban with forced removal in Largo Carlo Felice, on both sides of the section between the intersection with via Del Mercato Vecchio and via Roma;
  • prohibition of transit and closure to traffic of Largo Carlo Felice, in the section between via Roma and Lungomare 11 Settembre;
  • allowed directions straight and left in via Roma, towards piazza Deffenu, Largo Carlo Felice intersection;
  • permitted directions straight and right in via Roma, towards viale Trieste, Largo Carlo Felice intersection;
  • right and left directions permitted in Largo Carlo Felice, via Roma intersection in the same direction;
  • maximum speed limit of 30 km/hour in via Roma on the side of the arcades, in the direction of Poetto;
  • revocation of the transit ban on buses in via Roma on the side of the arcades towards piazza Deffenu;
  • revocation of the ban on the transit of vehicles with a fully loaded mass exceeding 3.5 tons in via Roma on the side of the arcades, towards piazza Deffenu;
  • reduction of carriageway in via Roma in the direction of piazza Deffenu, section in front of piazza Matteotti with a residual width of 7 metres.

Furthermore, from midnight on Wednesday 28 December 2022 to midnight on Monday 2 January 2023, the carriageway will be reduced in Largo Carlo Felice, in both directions, of the section between via Roma and via Sardegna, with a residual width of 7 meters in each direction.
