The investigators of the Flying Squad Falchi Group had been keeping the situation under control for some time and the two had already been arrested (for the same reason) at the beginning of last November. In fact, the man was under house arrest.
During the search on December 18, officers found 100 grams of hashish and a precision electronic scale. The investigating judge, in the validation hearing which took place yesterday morning, validated the house arrest for the man and the mandatory signature measure for the woman.
