The complaint is from Next UniCa, which through its channels reports what happened yesterday in the university building on Via Trentino in Cagliari. The news was relaunched by the Ansa agency. "University cafeterias cannot be places characterized by insecurity or neglect, on the contrary they should be safe places where you can eat a hot meal without the fear of finding dangers in the food or outside the cafeteria."

The student turned to the staff to ask for explanations. "In a period in which university canteens are already known for the poor quality of food, and for episodes of violence in places adjacent to Ersu facilities, we want to understand if the service is adequate and respectful of the regulations ", continues the note from Next UniCa.

The association, which asked the students of the University of Cagliari to report all the problems, anticipates the next steps: « We will shortly present a request to Ersu asking for clarifications on the methods with which the quality and control of the food served are guaranteed, and we will integrate it with all your reports also regarding safety in the vicinity of the buildings».
