The new challenges of the Army , in recent years engaged in emergencies that are increasingly involving the activity of the armed forces. This is the theme of the conference "The strength of the institutions, the maxi emergencies: scenarios and new challenges", underway in Cagliari , in the hall of the Notorious cinema in Piazza L'Unione Sarda.

General Francesco Paolo Figliuolo , now commander of Covi, the Joint Operational Command, took the floor, who spoke of the assignment received during the pandemic , when he was appointed Extraordinary Commissioner for the emergency: «I immediately understood the weight accountability,” he said.
