Coming from the roundabout of the Public Gardens, he regularly turned at the curve of via Ubaldo Badas after the traffic light to enter the neighborhood and reach Piazza Arsenale, but once inside the door (a few meters long) the truck could no longer move .

Traffic disruption was unavoidable, with traffic paralyzed for about half an hour (in both directions, with those coming from Piazza Indipendenza forced to turn towards Viale Buon Cammino and vice versa).
