Numerous businesses in difficulty, about ten on their knees and three that have already closed. Collateral effect of the construction sites opened in Cagliari. «Which are fine», says the provincial president of Fipe Confcommercio, Emanuele Frongia, «but we must think about all the difficulties encountered by public establishments».

Frongia has collected the request for help from around ten entrepreneurs, those who resisted, and acting as their spokesperson, they are launching an appeal to the Municipality.

«We are happy that the works are being carried out because the city will become more beautiful», states the representative of the association, «but those who pay the consequences today are the businesses that find themselves having to work in precarious conditions, or even worse, those who have really had to close."

Some works were opened years ago, «then there are those for the surface metro and all the others like via Roma, viale Buoncammino and viale Trieste».

For this reason the trade association turns to the Municipality of Cagliari: «We ask that the owners of public establishments and activities be helped, we want to avoid the closure of other premises».
