Rents on the rise in Cagliari, with growth rates higher than those of the largest Italian cities.

The research office of the Tecnocasa group analyzed the trend of the rental market at a national level in the second half of 2022, highlighting an increase in rents of 3.9% for studio apartments, 4.2% for two-room apartments and 4.0% for three-room apartments.

But the Sardinian capital goes further: +7.2% for studio apartments, +5.8 for two-room apartments and +4.8 for three-room apartments.

In Oristano, on the other hand, prices go down: -4.7% for studio apartments, -1.8 for two-room apartments and -2.5 for three-room apartments.

Sassari more or less in line with the national trend for one-room apartments, which recorded a growth of 4.6% and for three-room apartments, +3.7. Substantial stability with a slight increase for two-room apartments: +0.7%.

In Cagliari the highest prices: 900 euros in the three-room apartments between Villanova and La Vega.

In second place Poetto, piazza Repubblica, via Dante, piazza San Benedetto and Teatro Lirico with 850 euros.

In Sassari the top (650 euros per month) is recorded in Prunizzedda, 600 instead in Cappuccini, Porcellana, Sant'Orsola south and north.
