These are the big problems raised by families and the elderly who live in the Piazza Giovanni XXIII area in Cagliari and who would like to use that space in a more serene way, without having to run the risk of ending up in the middle of illegal negotiations or mowed down by the wheelchair of the skaters.
Once the Fonsarda district ended up regularly on the "black" pages of the newspapers for the deaths of overdoses and for stories related to degradation, today it has become residential and livable thanks to the large green areas, the Teatro Lirico and that large container of Cagliari that is the civic market of San Benedetto.
