The students of the Alberti scientific high school in Cagliari are protesting under the trees of the pine forest in viale Colombo.

«The headquarters of the institute - the representatives explain - or rather the one located in Viale Colombo, has visible structural damage and a part of the school building has been declared unusable . Although safety checks have been carried out on the entire building, no final results have been received from the competent bodies ».

Not only that: «The numerous previous works carried out in the Via Ravenna branch were insignificant compared to the serious conditions in which the structure is found; in recent weeks there have been countless reports of water infiltrations and leaks. The headquarters in Via Koch, despite having been recently assigned to Alberti, presents problems similar to those in Via Ravenna».

«The mice have become penguins», they write in a banner , because the «temperatures are below the legal minimums and the heating systems are malfunctioning», the students continue. In recent weeks, the class representatives of the Via Ravenna office have reported the persistent malfunction of the radiators, which are sometimes turned on for a very short time. «Last week, temperatures below the legal minimum of 17°C were recorded in the Viale Colombo and Via Ravenna offices, reaching minimum temperatures of 13°C». The boys explain that they have already informed the head teacher and the metropolitan city. Finally, it should be noted "that evacuation tests have not been carried out since before the pandemic ".
