Cagliari, occupied houses at risk of collapse in via Dettori: residents' anger

There is no peace for the residents of via Dettori, in the heart of the Marina in Cagliari, where last night, after the episode of last Saturday, some thugs returned to enter the unsafe homes, evacuated in January three years ago due to the risk of collapse.

A situation that has been dragging on for some time and that continues to generate tension among the owners of the apartments who still have many objects and all their stuff within those walls, and who are slowly trying to recover their things.

"To add insult to injury," they denounce, showing photos of their homes violated and defaced. In the latest raid, the thieves even broke down a wall to enter a second apartment.
"We ask for greater security and control of the area. It is absurd that thugs can enter our homes undisturbed and use them as bivouacs and we cannot enter - they reiterate exasperated - You must help us, we cannot go on like this".
