Cagliari, mysterious death of peacocks in Monte Urpinu: ASL investigation

Mystery in Monte Urpinu: some peacocks, historical protagonists of the park on the hill of Cagliari , have been found dead and at the moment there is no explanation for the phenomenon. The municipal veterinarian has started the planned procedure, notifying the competent ASL sector and the zoo-prophylactic institute, delivering the carcasses of the animals for autopsy analyzes.

"As soon as the reports are available and the causes of the deaths are established", a note from the Municipality reads, "the appropriate sanitary and prophylactic measures will be adopted to protect the Park's poultry fauna".
