When she realized what was happening, the thirteen-year-old started screaming and asking for help, so much so that her alleged attacker fled, who escaped by taking her phone away so that she could not call anyone to be rescued. But someone warned the carabinieri that after assisting the girl, in shock, they identified and reported the boy, a sixteen year old from Pirri. The military also informed the juvenile prosecutor's office.
The alarm to the Arma operations center came on Friday shortly after 4 pm, when a neighbor of the teenager called 112. The carabinieri of the Radiomobile Nucleus of the city company arrived on the scene and found the young woman, a little more of a little girl, in tears and still in shock . The alleged victim told the military what happened, also providing details and a photo of her attacker. The carabinieri thus went to look for the boy, while a 118 ambulance rescued the thirteen-year-old in a confused state who was screaming in despair: she was taken to the emergency room of the Santissima Trinità, examined and then discharged and handed back to her parents who immediately went to file a lawsuit.
The alleged attacker is a slightly older boy, a neighbor. Once identified, the carabinieri discovered that he is sixteen years old, so much so that the deputy prosecutor on duty at the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office was informed. The military also recovered the cell phone of the young woman who then said she was not lucid due to the effect of the marijuana: only when he took off her top and bra, starting to grope her, did she realize she was the victim of a sexual assault and he tried in every way to defend himself. Even the 16-year-old, after being reported on the loose, was returned to his parents.
Despite his young age , the boy was referred to the juvenile judicial authority for sexual violence aggravated by the age of the alleged victim (described as small and almost a child) and for the illegal transfer of drugs. Also contested was the aggravated robbery for the mobile phone taken away (so that she could not call her parents or the police) when the thirteen-year-old was still under the effect of the joint. Given the very young age of the protagonists, the news was reported without indicating the places where the violence would have taken place, so as to guarantee the anonymity of the two minors.
