In an amusement arcade in Cagliari, 14 amusement machines were seized which were found not to be connected to the Adm telematic network and without the authorizations.

The machines identified by the officials of the Customs and Monopolies Agency had reels, virtual reels and optical LEDs, to display the phases of the game and did not have the expected compliance characteristics.

The operator, already known for having installed irregular devices in other amusement arcades in the province, was charged with various violations and received fines of 154 thousand euros.

In the event of non-payment, the closure of the business for a period of 30 to 60 days is envisaged, as well as the confiscation of the machines and any sums contained therein.

2,700 euros were recovered from the seized slots.
