He was released from prison on day release , but his freedom, although temporary, was short-lived : the man was stopped by the Carabinieri at the Santissima Trinità hospital while, in a state of psychophysical alteration probably due to the intake of alcohol and drugs, he was railing against nurses and security personnel , even threatening them.

Taken to the offices of the Carabinieri Company of Cagliari, he then showed signs of illness and was therefore taken back to the Santissima Trinità, where the 118 health personnel gave him first aid and arranged for further clinical tests.

Fortunately, no injuries were reported .

The protagonist of the story is an inmate of the Isili Prison, reported for disruption of public service, resistance to a Public Official, threat to a Public Official and failure to comply with the provisions of the Authority. The Judicial Authority was informed of the incident by the military.
