He ordered a beer and after drinking it, he got up from the table of the restaurant in Piazza Garibaldi and walked away without paying. Stopped by the owner of the business, who invited him to pay the amount due, he said: "I'll come by tomorrow to pay". Then, faced with the firmness of the bar manager, the ferocious aggression began: with a punch to the entrepreneur's face he knocked him out, causing him several injuries.

The young man, from Monserrato, was tracked down shortly after in the area by the agents of the Flying Squad : at the end of all the investigations the prosecutor on duty ordered his precautionary custody in prison on charges of assault and robbery. In the coming days the man, protected by the lawyer Carlo Sotgiu, will be questioned for the validation of the arrest.
