A series of harassing and bullying behaviors towards a colleague, a 47-year-old woman employed in a hospitality facility in Cagliari : these are the reasons behind the arrest, carried out by the Carabinieri at dawn, of a 44-year-old worker of Cuban origins, resident in the center of the capital.

The arrest came in execution of an order of aggravation of the precautionary measure issued by the Preliminary Hearing Judge of the Court of Cagliari: the man, already subjected to the prohibition of approaching the injured party for the crime of stalking, is now investigated for this series of new conducts, committed between June and September 2024.

Today's restrictive measure was issued following an assessment of the worsening of the circumstantial evidence and the risk of repetition of the persecutory conduct.
After his arrest, the 44-year-old was taken to prison in Uta , where he remains at the disposal of the Judicial Authorities.
