To try to avoid a woman who was crossing the crossing, he lost control of his motorbike, crashing to the ground. The accident occurred this morning just before 8.30 in Viale dei Giornalisti, in Cagliari.

The dynamics have yet to be reconstructed by local police officers. But according to the first testimonies, the man, riding a BMW, was proceeding towards Viale Trieste when he found himself in front of a woman who had just exited the Santa Gilla train station: perhaps he had not seen her because his view was covered by car he was overtaking.

To avoid running over her, the motorcyclist began a long slide. The motorbike crashed into the back of a courier's van. He remained on the ground: conscious but unable to get up. The woman suffered no consequences after falling. And it was she, with a friend next to her, who called 118.

The ambulance arrived on site after more than twenty minutes, while the traffic, blocked for a long time, began to flow only after the intervention of the officers.
