These are the requests made this morning by the prosecutor Giangiacomo Pilia in the trial that sees the three defendants accused in various ways of embezzlement , abuse of office , forgery , damage , mistreatment , defamation in the press and failure to report a crime , alleged violations of the law committed between 2014 and 2017.

The Public Prosecutor contested the repeated use of the service car "for personal purposes"; the "transport of private goods" paid with the public money of the body; the tasks entrusted "in clear conflict of interest" to the lawyers; the exclusion from Board of Statutory Auditors of two members who carried out checks on the work of the top chambers; the "pressure", the "threats" of disciplinary proceedings, transfers, mistreatment, defamation and the continuous debasement of workers; the dismissals "to eliminate those who demanded compliance with the procedures and had contested numerous operations "; the reinstatement orders not respected and those" on objectives that were impossible to achieve "; the unfounded complaints; the false documents useful" only to corroborate the accusations "against the employees.

" A climate of terror ", said the prosecutor before making the requests and leaving space for the civil party lawyers Roberto Sorcinelli, Nicola Leone and Raffaele Soddu, who asked for several tens of thousands of euros in compensation.

In the next hearing , on October 20 , the lawyer Matteo Pinna and the first of the defenders Gianluca Aste, Rita Dedola and Patrizio Rovelli will speak.
