Feces, urine, dirt and homeless shelters . All just outside Cagliari. The report comes from city councilor Marcello Polastri , who documents a viale Sant'Avendrace that risks falling into decay. Its arcades, despite the traffic of people during the day, are already in terrible conditions.

«I am not a candidate for the Region», comments Polastri, « but I demand that Cagliari should be cleaned better starting from the porticoes , full of human faeces, of the city gate, from viale Sant'Avendrace».

In particular, the emergency area would be the one closest to the Viper Cave. The councilor has already sent a report to the Municipality of Cagliari, to the URP, to the Soil Hygiene Office, and to the local police, in which he highlights that the portico "has not been washed for weeks" . Here Polastri urges «the cleaning of the same space and a sanitizing activity, since it is a real hygienic-sanitary inconvenience».
