The provision was expected: the van-sandwich shop in viale Cimitero, in Cagliari , will remain closed for thirty days following the control of the local police with the dispute of illegal occupation of public land with a gazebo. The managers of the activity have therefore placed a sign to warn customers of the inconvenience and making an appointment for May 29 for the reopening.

The blitz in front of the Ossigeno sports fields started a month and a half ago and is part of the increasingly stringent controls by the Municipal authority with checks on the concessions for public land.

According to the allegations, the gazebo, the tables and the chairs placed in front of the sandwich van did not have any authorization to occupy the open space. So the managers had to remove everything: for them a fine of 173 euros. And the communication that there would be forced closure for thirty days, taken from today.
