Subsequent investigations led to the identification of two individuals, owners of a company, who were reported to the Judicial Authority for the crimes of illegal occupation of state-owned maritime land and uncontrolled waste dumping.
They were also immediately ordered to proceed with the removal of the waste – which will be catalogued by ARPAS staff – aimed at properly restoring the site to its original condition.
