A day of fires in the Quartu countryside. The flames attacked the areas of Terra Perdosa, Is Pardinas, and San Forzorio, reducing the stubble of several hectares of land to ashes.

The fire also damaged a construction site, burning a pile of wood and coming dangerously close to some homes.

The firefighters, the volunteers of the Nos association of Quartu with two teams and the Forestry Corps intervened and, after the fires were put out and the damaged areas were made safe, they began investigations to trace the causes of the three fires and any responsibilities.
