Cagliari, a wall collapses in via Fiume: road closed

A collapse that occurred early in the morning led to the closure of Via Fiume in Cagliari to traffic: it is the road that, continuing from Via Porcell, connects the intersection with Via dei Genovesi in Buoncammino.

Some large stones broke away from the wall and fell onto the street. Fortunately, there were no damages or injuries.

On site, the firefighters and the Local Police officers for the first safety operations. The road has been closed to traffic, with the inevitable negative consequences on traffic. The Municipality will now start the works to be able to reopen the road when there are no more dangers.
