A chasm has opened in the asphalt of viale Regina Elena, in Cagliari , not far from the entrance to the underground parking of the Apcoa, on the side of the downhill roadway.

The failure was caused by the rupture of a water pipe: the road was transformed into the bed of a river, which reached Piazza Costituzione.

Inevitable the inconveniences for the traffic, remained paralyzed. Local police officers, who waited for the intervention of the workers of Abbanoa, working to make it safe, managed it on the spot .
