The agents of the Nuoro mobile squad stopped him yesterday as he got off the bus coming from Cagliari.

It is Mario Farris, an unemployed pastry chef from Cagliari, who had swallowed a wrapper with 28 grams of heroin, identified with an X-ray at the San Francesco hospital.

The handcuffs were released for him and this morning the man defended by the lawyer Emanuele Pizzoccheri appeared before the judge Caludia Falchi Delitala who validated the arrest, freeing the man without any restrictive measure.

The prosecutor Ireno Satta had asked the man to be obliged to stay in Cagliari.
