But problems are being reported in Sulcis , where mayors are on the warpath against Enel distribution ; in Barbagia , where even telephones are silent in Gennargentu ; and in Ogliastra . ANCI President Daniela Falconi is protesting: this cannot continue.
It is estimated that in the South of the Island, power cuts reach an annual average of 105 continuous minutes per user .
