The rappers Hell Raton and Nitro , born Manuel Zappadu and Nicola Albera, did not participate in the beating of a 26-year-old boy from Serdiana , during a fight in a club in Ortacesus in January 2015.

Both, together with Alessandro Padiglia and Stefano Prasciolu, were acquitted with the broadest formula by the judge of the Court of Cagliari Alessandra Angioni : for not having committed the crime. Four other defendants were acquitted because proof of their participation was not obtained (Giuseppe Isola, Paolo Meloni, Luca Padiglia and Ignazio Pisano), while three were found guilty and sentenced to one year and eight months in prison : it is by Andrea Schirru, Mattia Curreli and Mirko Antonio Maxia . They were all charged with grievous bodily harm, including the former 'X Factor' judge and rapper Nitro .

During the trial, however, the lawyers Andrea De Silvestri and Giovanni Campus demonstrated that the two artists had not even participated in the evening which then resulted in a fight . All twelve, however, had been indicated at the time by the three victims because they were recognized through images consulted on social networks, but then doubts began to emerge during the trial.

According to the indictment, in January 2015 the group allegedly took part in a fight that broke out in a disco-restaurant at the municipal swimming pools of Ortacesus, which flared up after compliments on a girl.

The lawyers of Hell Raton and Nitro had immediately reiterated the absolute extraneousness to the disputed facts to their clients who on that day - they remarked several times - would not even have been in Sardinia nor would they have participated in that evening. Now the sentence that condemns three of the 12 defendants, acquitting all the others.
