Bono's accident, the 40-year-old who was seriously injured also died
Carmelo Tola, from Orune, was traveling in the car which overturned several times on the night of November 3 last year. The death toll worsens: it was Paolo Zarra who lost his life on the spotCarmelo Tola , the 40-year-old from Orune who was injured in the accident on November 3 in Bono , along the provincial road 21M for Alà dei Sardi, died last night.
That evening, it was 9 pm, Tola was traveling in the company of two friends: Carmelo Salis, 31 years old from Orotelli, and Paolo Zarra, 31 years old from Berchiddeddu. The car had overturned several times, Zarra had died instantly while the other two had been seriously injured and had been hospitalized in the intensive care unit of San Francesco di Nuoro.
Despite the attempts of the doctors from Barbagia to save his life, Tola surrendered tonight.
