In reference to the publication of the article on L'UnioneSarda.it, entitled “Arborea, Councilor Cera to the Laore Agency : «Show the documents on the lands granted to Bonifiche Ferraresi” it is considered essential to request its rectification because what is reported does not correspond to the truth.

In particular, the article published in the newspaper UnioneSarda.it states: «We want Laore to show the documents on the lands of Arborea granted to Bonifiche Ferraresi, for a total of 400 hectares». The one who raises his voice is the regional councilor of Fratelli d'Italia Emanuele Cera, who 5 months ago had presented a formal request to the Authority, exactly on June 7th, which however remained unheard. This is why Cera is now ready to ask for the intervention of the president Alessandra Todde up to the TAR. Cera expresses deep concern: «This serious omission is unacceptable and deeply undermines the principle of transparency and correct functioning of public institutions – he declares – It is not tolerable that a regional councilor is deprived of the possibility of accessing documents necessary for the performance of his mandate. It is our right and duty to monitor the management of public affairs» [...]. This statement is not correct, the Laore Agency, in fact, responded with a note dated 06.28.2024, within the terms provided by the current legislation on access to documents, to the request for access presented by the Honorable Cera on 06.06.2024 and acquired at prot. Laore on 06.07.2024. This response, accompanied by all the requested documentation, was sent to the Honorable Cera and brought to the attention of the President of the Regional Council and the Regional Councilor for Agriculture and Agro-Pastoral Reform. The Agency, therefore, acted in full compliance with the principle of transparency and good functioning of the public administration, did not exercise any obstructionism, did not perpetrate any omission, did not remain inert in the face of the legitimate request and never received any request to provide, from the Honorable Cera.
