Sentenced to eight months for the injuries inflicted on a 17-year-old in 2022. The sentence was issued today in court in Sassari by Judge Anna Pintore, against a 37-year-old who was at the time a bouncer at the Blu Star nightclub in Ossi . According to the charges, the man allegedly took the minor into the private room of the club with other unidentified people, hitting him with punches, kicks and slaps. A sort of "lesson" given because the boy, perhaps altered by alcohol, allegedly disturbed the customers by throwing ice and glasses.

During the discussion, the prosecutor Antonio Pala reported that the episode was certain as was the assault, certified by 5 days of prognosis in the emergency room. But if for the 37-year-old the responsibility, in the opinion of the prosecution, was certain, the same could not be said for the second defendant, a 54-year-old, whose presence inside the room had not been ascertained and for this reason the magistrate asked for his acquittal with a doubtful formula. The civil party lawyer, Emiliano Alfonso, emphasized how the 54-year-old's conduct had been hasty and how it seemed that no one was concerned about the alleged violence.

And if for the lawyer, who asked for 3 thousand euros in provisional compensation, even the older person should have been included in the final judgment, the defense lawyer Umberto Carboni rejected the charges against his client, claiming that there was no evidence. Tania Decortes, the lawyer of the 37-year-old, focused on the many contradictory statements made by the injured party and the friends who were with him during that evening. Inconsistencies that made the prosecution's picture less credible, also considering how the young man's physical conditions were incompatible with the dynamics described. The judge acquitted the second defendant while the first was also sentenced to pay 800 euros in compensation .
