The Carabinieri of the Quartu Sant'Elena Company, together with the soldiers of the NAS of Cagliari, carried out a series of checks on health and hygiene violations in public places and private clubs between Burcei, Maracalagonis, Selargius and Quartucciu open late .

As part of the checks, a 43-year-old from Maracalagonis, owner and legal representative of a private club, was fined for a total of 8 thousand euros in relation to "hygienic-health discrepancies related to the administration, management of food and the hygiene-health self-monitoring plan HACCP". Approximately 50 kilos of food products seized.

A 22-year-old from Selargius was also reported for detention aimed at drug dealing.

During an administrative police check in a place in Selargius, he was subjected to a personal (and subsequently home) search and was found in possession of cocaine divided into six doses , packaged in heat-sealed cellophane wrappers, for a total weight of 3 .5 grams, as well as cutting substance for 5.5 grams, a precision scale and the cash sum of 165 euros in small denomination banknotes.
