Barbecue tools stolen in Quartu and sold on the internet: two complaints

There are two reports in relation to a theft that took place last week in the garden of a villa in Quartu Sant'Elena. A 33-year-old and a 61-year-old local man got into trouble for receiving stolen goods in the competition.

What disappeared were a generator, a steel barbecue, two spotlights with a solar panel and another with battery, a set of kitchen cutlery.

The victim of the theft had looked for the items on a well-known online sales site and tracked them down: someone was offering them at a great price. At that point the robbed had returned to the carabinieri providing all the information. Meanwhile, the military had reconstructed what happened through the vision of video surveillance images, also listening to several witnesses. Finally they carried out a search in the homes of the suspects and found the stolen goods.
