This is what the carabinieri of the Giba station contested against a 54-year-old merchant from Sant'Anna Arresi, who was sanctioned for an amount of 400 euros and in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of decree law no. 52 of 2021, relating to urgent measures to contain the coronavirus pandemic.
