Volotea can sell tickets for the Olbia-Fiumicino route and return.
"Our offices - confirmed the regional councilor for Transport, Antonio Moro - this morning authorized the Spanish carrier on a provisional basis a month in advance of the deadline of next February 16th".
Purchases can therefore be made online after the ENAC technical authorization passage, which normally takes place in almost real time.
"As required by the European sector legislation - adds the commissioner - passengers will be guaranteed re-protection if the final assignment of the routes should change".
On the Olbia-Milan route, on the other hand, Aeroitalia's authorization is missing but it should arrive by today. On the other hand, the sale of Ita Airways tickets on the routes from Cagliari to Linate and Fiumicino is still awaited a week after the authorization, but it seems to be a matter of hours: after the green light from ENAC which verified the availability of the slots , only the technical passage on the carrier's website is missing.
Finally, expectations for the Alghero case: according to councilor Moro, the tender will be published within the week - after the one that went deserted - as part of the negotiated negotiation to invite the companies that had participated in the previous one, together with all the carriers that have an interest to fly to the airport in the north-west «in conditions of absolute transparency and non-discrimination».
