Reports are multiplying on alleged attacks attributed to a 19-year-old Algerian who raged in Cagliari and its hinterland, and then moved to northern Sardinia.

According to the testimonies, he would hit anyone in sight with kicks and punches for no reason. A loose cannon, which had been stopped by the carabinieri.

In the hospital, in Is Mirrionis, he again showed signs of imbalance, managing to escape. On the street there was another intervention, this time by the police. But the elements in the hands of the agents did not allow to go beyond the complaint. Thus came the beatings in Sassari.
