Possession and drug dealing. This is the accusation that two brothers from Tortolì, aged 44 and 53, will have to answer, surprised by the agents of the local police station with a kilo of prohibited substances and thousands of euros in cash.

The police, after a series of investigations and suspicions, triggered the blitz inside a building in the center of the Ogliastra city, where a strange coming and going had been reported.

Inside the house of the two brothers, the agents - also thanks to the nose of Viorel, the German shepherd trained in the dog units of the Oristano Police Headquarters - were found in detail: 765 grams of marijuana, 53 grams of hashish, 25 grams of cocaine and thirty vials of methadone. Also seized 2,900 euros in cash, in banknotes of different denominations.

Furthermore, one of the two brothers was found in possession of an artisanal device packaged with 60 grams of black powder.

At the end of the operation, one of the arrested was placed under house arrest, while for the other, who was already under house arrest, the prison doors were opened.
