A 24 year old from Assemini was arrested by the local police station, who carried out the precautionary measure of house arrest.

The young man is held responsible for the crimes of ill-treatment, personal injury and extortion. The victim was the mother, who from 2016 until the end of 2021 suffered everything before denouncing her son.

After the woman's lawsuit, the military promptly reconstructed all the facts and arrested the young man, who was taken to a therapeutic community in Serramanna where he will remain under house arrest.
