The Capizzal di Ponti - Li Conchi nature trail is taking shape. Since last October, workers and vehicles have been busy clearing and defining the trail, as well as completing the sidewalks in the remaining section at Li Conchi. Recent site inspections reveal evocative views, unique rocky features, and natural environments that will soon be accessible to all hiking enthusiasts. The initiative was promoted in 2019 by Environment Councilor Michele Occhioni . In April 2022, the City Council unanimously approved the final project for the nature trail and the related land expropriations.

A further lot, offered by one of the owners, near the Fungo rock, was added. The project, Michele Occhioni stated at the time, will "environmentally revitalize an area that connects all the monuments located above the historic and residential center , making them accessible and safe. This route, which will extend for approximately 3.5 kilometers, will make these areas accessible, which are of great naturalistic importance and still unknown to many, representing a further addition to the tourist offering."

The goal is to enhance and protect the environmental and monumental heritage, as well as encourage the development of outdoor activities, with a trail over 3 km long, which runs along the town center of Arzachena in eight stages: Capizzal di Ponti; Tafoni di Via Trieste; Contra di Picia Rock; La Sarra District Square; La Sarra Rock; Il Fungo Rock (Monti Incappiddatu); Rock on Via Brescia; and Li Conchi Rock Complex. The project is coordinated by the Municipal Public Works Office and promoted by Massimo Azzena, Councilor for Public Works and Maintenance.
