The Vedetta 2 Mondialpol surveillance institute, after having suffered yet another attack on the Sassari headquarters last week with a commando of twenty armed bandits who took away millions of euros (the amount of the loot is yet to be quantified) asks an urgent meeting with the Minister of the Interior, Matteo Piantedosi, and with the undersecretary Molteni.

The objective is to understand «how the ministry intends to secure the nation to protect the people and assets that every day allow the free circulation of money and therefore the functionality of the country's system».

If no answers arrive from the Ministry of the Interior to guarantee the safety of the operators, Mondialpol threatens the suspension of all services: "In the absence of strong answers, to protect the safety of our people, we will be forced to suspend our services."

«We are writing to you to express the sense of concern and discouragement that we are facing», writes the president of the board of directors of the security company, «as you well know, it is not the first time that we have been targeted and for this reason the measures adopted have been increased over the years with surveillance and defense systems of the highest level. For the same reason, in the past we have tried to listen to the institutions, without, however, receiving the necessary attention", accuses the Mondialpol summit.

«It seems extremely serious to us», continues the letter, «to note that entire parts of the national territory are left to their own devices but, even more so, we are seriously concerned by the level of preparation of these criminals who could replicate similar actions anywhere. In recent months, attacks on armored vans and attempted robberies have multiplied, a clear sign of a worsening of the condition of tension and danger."
