The soldiers arrived on the scene when the 51-year-old had just fled, but they blocked him nearby , at the intersection of via Cavallotti with via Repubblica.
The carabinieri recovered the stolen goods, returning it to the owner of the medical office, and arrested the 51-year-old, who is now under house arrest.
