Anti-fraud operation in a commercial establishment in Alghero . About 150 toys without the CE mark - therefore not considered safe as they were intended for children - were seized, an administrative fine ranging from a minimum of 1,500 euros to a maximum of 10,000 euros was also issued, for having placed on the market on the national territory toys that do not meet safety standards.

The operation was completed by officials of the Sassari Customs and Monopolies Agency of the Alghero Operational Section.

In addition, investigations are underway to establish whether some registered trademarks, reproduced on a certain number of toys, are authorized by the owner of the same.
