A 43-year-old from Bono paid the price, having obtained the green light for compensation for damages from the municipal administration's insurance company , since the accident, it was recognized, was attributable to a lack of maintenance. Today, more than three months after reaching the agreement and more than two years after the accident, the man has still not received any compensation .
His lawyers reported him, providing a precise reconstruction of what happened.
THE RECONSTRUCTION – The man, while walking towards the "turret", it was around 11.30 pm, «had literally sunk into an enormous hole in the pavement – they specify from Studio3A-Valore SpA – also characterized by other holes and machicolations " killer" as they were neither reported nor fenced or delimited like the one he stumbled upon".
It was also impossible to see, because the place was totally devoid of lighting.
The inevitable fall, and furthermore forward, "on the head", caused serious injuries to the unfortunate person , who also needed immediate medical attention : he was transported by ambulance, with a swollen face, to the emergency room of the city hospital, where they found he had a bad craniofacial and elbow injury, with a prognosis of several days.
