Alghero-Donna Award, presentation of the awards at the Civic Theatre

Carmen Lasorella was the first journalist awarded, in 1995, in the number one edition of "Alghero-Donna" and on Saturday 16 December at the Civic Theater she will receive the recognition once again, for the Prose section with her novel entitled "Vera e the slaves of the third millennium” (Marietti 1820).
For the Poetry section, however, the Prize will go to Antonietta Carrabs, president of La Casa della Poesia of Monza. Novella Calligaris was chosen by the jury for the Journalism section, while Professor Giuseppa Tanda will be awarded the special prize for the Domus de Janas Project nominated for UNESCO recognition.
This morning in Alghero the press conference with the president of the Salpare association Neria De Giovanni, soul of the Alghero-Donna Award, the deputy mayor Maria Grazia Salaris and the tourism councilor Alessandro Cocco. The award ceremony will take place at the Teatro Civico in Alghero on Saturday 16 December at 8pm. The evening will be opened and closed by the music of Antonello Colledanchise accompanied by Isa Sanna on the violin and Elisa Ceravola on the flute.
