Alghero, a fire starts at the El Tro' restaurant

The Alghero firefighters had to intervene this morning at the El Tro' bar-restaurant in Alghero, on the Valencia seafront, due to a fire that was almost certainly caused by arson.

The fire broke out between the tables on the external veranda. Fortunately, the men from the via Napoli detachment arrived in time before the fire could reach the structure made entirely of wood.

The place has been closed for several months and in May 2023 it was subjected to preventive seizure for issues related to irregularities regarding the state concession declared lapsed.
